Cancellation Policy

Cancellations, Refunds, and Massage CE Education Cancellations

While we understand that unforeseen circumstances, emergencies, and illnesses can occur, each registration reserves a space that is held specifically for you. Because of this commitment, our refund policy is as follows:

Transfer and Cancellation Policy

30 Days or More Before the Scheduled Class

Cancellations made 30 days or more before the scheduled class date are eligible for a full refund of all funds paid.

29–14 Days Before the Scheduled Class

Cancellations made 29 to 14 days before the scheduled class date are not eligible for a refund. However, registration may be transferred to a different class date, subject to availability.

13 Days or Less Before the Scheduled Class

Cancellations or transfers are not permitted within 13 days of the scheduled class date.

If, for any reason, you are unable to attend your scheduled class within 13 days of the class date, including due to an emergency, medical emergency, illness, scheduling conflict, or any other circumstance, the only available resolution is to transfer your registration. The replacement participant must meet all registration requirements and scope of practice necessity.

Massage CE Education cancellations:

In the event that Massage CE Education must cancel a class for any reason—including but not limited to instructor illness, emergencies, or low enrollment—you may choose to receive either:

A full refund, or A transfer to a different class date.

Travel Expenses

Participants are solely responsible for all travel-related expenses, including lodging, transportation, meals, and other associated costs.

While we make every effort to avoid cancellations, unforeseen circumstances and low enrollment may require us to cancel a class. For this reason, we strongly recommend avoiding non-refundable travel arrangements.

Massage CE Education is not responsible for reimbursing any travel expenses for any reason, including class cancellations, rescheduling, or participant withdrawal.
