Massage Continuing Education Courses

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your participation in continuing education courses (“Courses”) provided by Massage CE Education (“Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). By registering for, attending, or participating in any Course, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not register.

• Courses are intended for licensed massage therapists, massage therapy students, bodyworkers, and related wellness professionals.
   
• You must be 18 years or older to participate.
   
• It is your responsibility to ensure the Course meets your state, board, or employer’s CE requirements.
   

• Registration is completed online through our website.
   
• Your space in a Course is secured only after full payment is received.
   
• We reserve the right to refuse registration or participation for any reason.
   

While unforeseen circumstances, emergencies and illnesses do happen, commitments and spaces are held for each participant. Therefore, refunds are available 31 days before the class date. Within 30 days of the scheduled class, no refunds, no transfer to a different class/date or credits are available. Should you be unable to attend a class within 30 days of the scheduled class, you may transfer your registration to another participant. Within 30 days no refunds, transfers to a different class/date or credits are available. In the event Massage CE Education has to cancel a class at any time, you may choose to receive a full refund or transfer to a different class date. 

Travel Expenses

​Participants are solely responsible for travel expenses. While we never want to cancel a class unforeseen circumstances and low enrollment happens. Therefore, it is highly recommended that you not make non refundable travel arrangements. Massage CE Education will not reimburse any travel expenses for any reason.
 

• Cancellations made 31 days or more before the Course date: Full refund.
   

• No-shows are not eligible for refunds or transfers.
   

• Attendance is tracked via login records, participation, and periodic check-ins.
   
• You must attend the full duration to receive CE credit.
   
• You are responsible for maintaining a stable internet connection with live video and audio. 

• Hands on live webinars will require practice bodies for hands on skills work.
   

• Please arrive 10–15 minutes early to check in.
   
• Participants must bring required supplies as listed in the Course description.
   
• Disruptive or unprofessional behavior may result in removal without refund.
   

• Certificates are issued only after:
   
  • Full attendance
     
  • Completion of required assessments or evaluations
     
  • Active participation in any hands-on components
     
• Certificates are provided electronically within 3–5 business days of Course completion.

• Replacement certificates will be charged a $25 replacement fee. Replacement certificates are sent as soon as possible. However, sometimes there may be delays in processing.

• All Course content—including slides, manuals, video recordings, worksheets, photos, and teaching materials—is the intellectual property of the Company or its instructors.
   
• You may not copy, share, reproduce, distribute, record, or publish any Course content without written permission.
   

By participating in any Course, you agree that:

• You are voluntarily engaging in educational activities that may include hands-on techniques, physical movement, or practice sessions.
   
• You assume all risks and responsibilities for your participation.
   
• The Company, its owners, and its instructors are not liable for injuries, damages, or losses that occur during or after the Course.

• Written consent, medical history, liability release and hold harmless agreement are required for participation in all Massage CE Education Classes. Forms will be provided after registration to be completed by each participants and brought to class.
   

• For hands-on classes, participants must maintain appropriate hygiene and follow all safety guidelines provided by the instructor.

• ​It is the responsibility of each participant to assure they are physically capable and any contraindications for the participant and/or practice demo participants are considered and cleared with their health care professional.
   
• If you are ill or contagious, you may be asked to reschedule; documentation may be required.
   
• The Company reserves the right to modify safety protocols when necessary.
   

• Live webinars may be recorded for quality assurance or future educational use.
   
• Participants will NOT be recorded individually without prior notice.
   
• Recording or screenshotting Courses by participants is strictly prohibited.
   

You agree to uphold a professional, respectful, and safe learning environment. The Company may remove any participant who:

• Disrupts the class
   
• Acts disrespectfully toward instructors or other participants
   
• Violates ethical or safety standards
   

Removal for misconduct is not eligible for refund.

We collect registration and attendance information for the purpose of administering Courses and issuing CE certificates.
We do not sell or share your information except as required for CE approval bodies or compliance.

The Company may update these Terms at any time. Continued participation in Courses indicates acceptance of the revised Terms.
