Refund & Cancellation Policy

While we understand that unforeseen circumstances, emergencies, and illnesses can occur, each registration reserves a space that is held specifically for you. Because of this commitment, our refund policy is as follows:

• 31 days or more before the scheduled class:
  A full refund is available.
   
• Within 30 days of the scheduled class:
  No refunds, no transfers to a different class or date, and no credits are available.
   
• Participant substitutions:
  If you are unable to attend a class within 30 days of the scheduled date, you may transfer your registration to another participant at no additional cost.
  (You must notify us of the substitution prior to the class.)
   
• Company cancellations:
  In the event that Massage CE Education must cancel a class for any reason—including but not limited to instructor illness, emergencies, or low enrollment—you may choose to receive either:
   
  • A full refund, or
     
  • A transfer to a different class date.
     

Participants are solely responsible for all travel-related expenses, including lodging, transportation, meals, and other associated costs.

While we make every effort to avoid cancellations, unforeseen circumstances and low enrollment may require us to cancel a class. For this reason, we strongly recommend avoiding non-refundable travel arrangements.

Massage CE Education is not responsible for reimbursing any travel expenses for any reason, including class cancellations, rescheduling, or participant withdrawal.
